The Challenge

Emma was transitioning from a non-customer facing role in a different organisation into a position that required her to engage directly with high-level clients in a demanding and fast-paced tech environment at Salesforce.

She needed to enhance her executive presence and communication skills, particularly in delivering presentations and engaging with C-level executives.

Emma felt the pressure to perform at a high standard due to the significant financial stakes involved in her interactions. The need to balance high-intensity work demands with personal well-being and avoid burnout was also a significant challenge.
